Select Funding Applications are now open!

The Collaboration@International portal (C@I) is in development. It is currently available to select funding programs and locations only.

The Collaboration@International (C@I) portal is part of Global Affairs Canada’s Grants and Contributions Transformation Initiative, aiming to bring all grants and contributions into a single enterprise management system. C@I will allow organizations across the world to register and create an account on our new partner portal and submit funding applications.

If you wish to participate in the Digital Pilot, please submit your project proposal through this portal.

How to participate in the Digital Pilot

Create a GCKey to access the C@I application portal

To submit a funding application through the C@I Digital Pilot, you must create a GCKey.

GCKey is a Government of Canada credential that allows you to securely conduct online business with various Canadian governmental programs and services. Anyone in any country can sign up and create a GCKey username and password to access online services. Expect to spend 10-15 minutes to set up GCKey.

More information on GCKey is available on the support page.

Log into C@I and complete your user and organization profiles

Once you’ve created your GCKey, you can sign-up to C@I. Before completing and submitting a funding application, you will need to fill in information about yourself and your organization.

Complete and submit your funding application

After completing your C@I profile, you can now submit a funding application on the portal. While logged in to the application portal, click “Apply for funding” on the homepage and follow the instructions provided to complete and submit your application.
